I still hope to at least get some photos of "Stumpy" who is a much shyer chipmunk, and maybe post some backyard wildlife sketches I've been doing?

Update [June 16, 2008]: I've been working hard behind the scenes. A lot of these changes nobody'll even notice but me but here is the list:
• Fixed the spelling mistake in the "jewellery" file name. It used to say "jewellry". Which is neither the Canadian/British spelling or the American spelling. Its better now.
• "stuff.html" called "About" is now "info.html". See, I told you most of these didn't matter! :D
• Misc Media has left the "Art" page and can now be found as "Craftings" on the side bar;
• And hence the order of the links of the sidebar's imagemap got rearranged...
• To also add that the bare bones of the "STORE" page should be live!
• With the advent of the store I started turning the Jewellery page into an archive of my favourite designs.
• Updated and added reference images to several of my older cosplay projects.
Sorry, no new sXi comic page yet. :p This next page is being a brat and my energy has been diverted.
Update [May 30, 2008]: Some new updates ready to go! Still working on the massive making-of for the kimono thing which will take a bit longer to put together.

• Archived my pirate top in the misc section of my art projects. This section has also been reorganized to better display sewing, craft and costume projects

Update [May 27, 2008]: If you've been following my livejournal over the past few months you'll know that life has been crazy busy and frequently exciting -- a couple wisdom teeth out, epic level cosplaying, lots of art commission things. I do have to apologize for not updating along here throughout. But I'm doing my best to organize it so you can see it all in a whole new perspective. (Live-updates seem to happen at the lj, archiving the awesomeness for easy browsing seems to happen here). So massive updates should be coming shortly. If you don't believe me then go read some of the recent blog posts. :D
Update [Feb 6, 2008]: Over the past day or so I've been updating some of the navigation around the site; specifically including the contacts, art page, and some new links. Correspondingly we also have sxi page 15, two new art things for 2008, and the last piece of 2007 art which I forgot to upload. Whee~

Update [Dec 20, 2007]: It's been three months since I comiced! D: Oops. I've been too busy learning with other work-projects to have time to learn with my practice project, but I knew when I started that would happen on occasion with sXi. Sorry people who are actually reading it! I'll go work on the next page now!
But I did go out and actually be all sociable in there for a while, which was fun and cool... and 'interesting' in terms of AHHH!Travelling! But I did good. And things. I have uploaded five new photo log thingies that I've been accumulating. Also have up two new shiny fancy portrait adoption available images! The one which has a bear in it. And the one that took a couple months to get all the details into properly. No more lily flowers plz~ (Soooo many speckles) I think majority of that time was just on the linework alone! It is probably the most complex (or at least polished with the most consistency) image I have ever done. So I'm glad its kind of shiny.
Update [Nov 7, 2007]: I've been doing a lot of researching this past month, still. Have some new arts to show off as well, though I apologize a comic page isn't one of them. I've been too busy learning everything else these days to get to practice it in sXi. However, there are three new Portrait Adoption pieces have been loaded up here: An angry girl with knives, a mage, and a merchant sea prince. Several other PA portraits have also come out of the submitted description queue and are now available for open adoption! Other than these I've been working on several other rather complex pieces, both for PA and for my own purposes. As well, if you missed it on livejournal the other week, the newt saga has been archived here over in the photo section. More to come soon, I'm quite sure!

Update [Sep 29, 2007]: Its been a stupid week. My dog, the family dog, Sasha, died on Monday (Monday September 24th between 7:30pm and 8:20pm). My mom and I took her to the vet and they put her to sleep. And I watched her get hollow. And shes not coming home again.
I've been keeping busy before and after. We saw it coming. Still feel shattered. Still hurts.
Updated and reorganized links. Updated about. It still needs tweaking. Worked on more Portrait Adoption stuff - two submitted descriptions currently in transit. With lightning bugs. And a pretty horse. Some art for me. Boggled at elfwoods new system some and am waiting for the bugs to get eaten. Lost all grammatical aspirations. Attempted to be witty. Wanted my dog back.
Update [Sep 19, 2007]: I was really hoping to have this page finished before I went to Nova Scotia for a week. Sadly, the bottom panels were being a real pain so the timing just didn't happen. So I've finished it up right quick now that I've gotten back! sXi page thirteen is up. Nova Scotia was fun! My dad and I saw all sorts of museums and critters and did a whole lot of walking. We even saw lots of great blue herons there. One of them did a pretty defensive territory hoppy dance! There were seals too. :3 I didn't get any pictures of the herons, but I defied engineer logic and took photos of the seals through a telescope! They were kinda' far away. I'll see if I can upload some of the better photos soon. I've also had another new PA piece up since before I left but never got a chance to upload it here. I've shifted the watermark a touch so you can see the crow better. I'd been watching the crows in our backyard and really wanted to include one. It's up here at PA, or here on the site.
Update [Sep 1, 2007]: What updates do I have for you? It has been a very busy month. I'm now signed up at Ellen Million's Portrait Adoption which does interesting things to the arting process. Hopefully I can settle in, make some nice art, and start earning some money back on it. I tend to get carried away on the colouring process of these though and they just keep getting pretty. Its a trade off then because 1 - they're absolutely gorgeous (particularly the background of the one), but 2 - they are therefore worth more money. While this is valid, it makes me ancy, because I have a hard time sticking to a price that I believe is fair to the effort I put into it. I'll hang in. :D I'm sorry I can't upload larger, higher quality and unwatermarked versions of these images, I really am, but its part of the PA deal. That way whoever buys the art is getting a truly limited edition and unreplicable print - guaranteed!

- No new sXi page yet, but I've got a silly Kingdom Hearts fancomic up :3 (Caution: Bloody!)
- Make that three new artses, I've got a third PA portrait up here too. Pixie type girl!
These are very good practice for me at actually finishing pictures to polish. More updates to come as insanity proceeds. :D

Update [July 3, 2007]: Woo! I have successfully accomplished my third official jewellery sale! And have since uploaded the full current stock to the jewellery section. If you're interested in anything let me know, I'm happy to customize if I have the materials, or send clearer photos to convince you how pretty something is before you buy it! Other than that things remain, well, remaining. Working on some drawing and more organizing of my room. May pick up some sewing one of these days. And I suppose I should upload some puff pictures eventually too!
Update [June 21, 2007]: Aha, I think I'm in a bit of a slump. But I do my best to keep working away. I have finally finished colouring the background on the newest sXi page, so page 11 is now uploaded. Stock has also been refreshed on the jewellery pages with more yet to come; I've mainly restocked the bracelets so far. My next real-time sale is still set for July 1st Canada Day Celebration; at the Glen Williams Park, Georgetown Ontario; Between 9am and 4pm or thereabouts.

Update [June 03, 2007]: So it looks like I'm managing about one comic page a month at the moment. I'm not content with that. I know it takes me a long time to work on the pages (planning, sketching, scanning, colouring, coding, updating) but I still want to find a way to be able to moderate my own speed rather than leaving it to circumstance. That's always the hardest part, yes?
But that means theres a new page up: Page 10 of sXi.
Update [May 16, 2007]: Whew, talk about a landslide. I think absolutely everything has been going since I handed in my last essay (ever?). Its been crazy, but I'm gettin' stuff done!

Update [April 27, 2007]: So inbetween packing, moving, unpacking, repacking, prepping my room for painting and gathering materials to do so I've got a bit done. Read a few books. Finally got a chance to finish watching FullMetal Alchemist. Finished colouring the next page of sXi. I barely can tell when the days are changing one for another at the moment so we'll see what I'm up to next. I still feel so awefully slow at this whole process.

So, sXi comic page number 8 is now up! :D Finally yay! The plot is coming, lighthearted (?) though it is. I've also added some more recipes to my student survival guide, including the delicious french toast recipe!
Update [April 1, 2007]: HA! Its an update. I'm just finishing off my last semester here at university, and thankful that the most work intensive (and arguably the worst) semester I've ever had is drawing to a close. Now I can start getting some real work done. I want to see what I can do, and keeping an eye here and on my livejournal are probably the best way to keep an eye on me as things get crazy. So many things.
I just turned 22, two days ago and was fortunate enough to get to spend it with some very awesome people, and get some wonderful presents (that I so wasn't expecting). I also got a bubble sword. You have no idea what awesome is until you've seen a bubble sword. I think it trumps all the other bubble merchandise combined. Its that awesome.
But I'm assuming you're here for the updates! [Thank you~] Aha, we have four new drawings up, all of which pretty much got drawn during breaks in classes (the only real spare time I've had). And a new photo post of the butterfly gardens my mom and I went to in March to destress between essays. I'm looking foward to seeing what adventures I come up with next. [Though I'm hoping my camera hasn't actually died on me, going to send it in for an emergency checkup sometime during exams D: ]
Still not entirely sure where the next few weeks are going. Hopefully I should have some new comic links up soon though, and maybe a page or two of my own? I'm running off nervous energy left over from finishing my last real essay right now so everythings a little bit crazy. Phew.
Update [January 30, 2007]: Its still January, and its an update! First one of the year too. Heh. Happy birthday website, I've had you for just over a year now. Wow!
I can honestly say this is the busiest semester I've yet to have at university and it may hinder updates mildly. Or it might cause more. It does happen. I have 3 (2 and a poster?) new pictures uploaded at the moment. A couple more to file out yet but those'll be for the next update. New links have been added as well - 3 comics, and a misc link or two. I've got half a comic page of my own scribbled out that I'm quite pleased with, but it will be a bit before I have time to finish it up. Thanks for visiting folks!

Essays and exams have eaten my time, but they've spawned the beginnings of some really neat things. Hopefully I'll have a few more to upload before the end of December at least. For now I have another finished comic page for you all! Eri's adventures continue here.

Well the jewellery sale is over and the website is thankfully back up and running.
Thank you everyone who came out and said hello, and especially to those of you who bought something while you were there. You all helped make it another successful sale. It's a great support for me and I hope you get great enjoyment out of the jewellery you picked up.
Now I have a few commissions to work on ( :D ) and several essays so its right back into work, and wait and see what the new updates bring! Thank you thank you thank you!

New Artwork! Rabbit of the Moon, Wickedly, and Mermaids (courtesy of Great Big Sea), and Blood and Flames, of which the story is too scattered to upload yet.
As well, jewellery stock photos are all up now! Also check out the new information on the Custom page about the custom jewellery work I'm more than happy to do. In 'writings' the beginning of a short about a boy named Ladder that was spawned as a scrawling on the apartment messageboard during the last exam period and the initialities of the Student Survival Tricks Guide which amalgamates useful resources I have for school are up!
Theres also a new comic link to the Awakened which got linked from an old fave DMFA. And Concerned has been completed :( I'll miss it. Guess I just have to play HL2 myself now...

Drastically remodified comics page and the included first 7 complete pages of Somewhere X Inbetween to be found there. At least three pages seen by nobody before! Its pretty cool. And makes me want to push myself even more. I'll let you know when the next updates are up.
I have so much to do, and I'm so wired and exhausted its exhausting. Don't entirely know why. But yay exciting!!

Update [September 21, 2006]: Well I've been busy. Next jewellery sale is planned for Nov. 6, 2006 in the WLU concourse, mark your calendars and come check it out! Don't worry, I'll keep mentioning it as it gets closer. ;) A new subsection on the links page with awesome people has been added: called The World is Awesome. Cause with people like this, you know it has to be. There is also some new artwork in the form of a logo for the campus Ministry of Anime club. Came out nicely. And as always, more things are coming. Phew.

Update [July 7, 2006]: General update to make the site look shinier and prepare for larger updates. Redid the side menu so its cleaner and some hidden code (for now). ^_^ Yay testing. ...also re-yeared the most recent updates so that they show they've actually happened this year... which they did. Sigh.
Update [May 20, 2006]: Finished my first week at summer job which seems to be going well overall. I'm still fighting to find a balance between my brain, job, summer course, and everything else I want to do, but thats alright.
I've once again added two more comic links - Terinu [Australian!] and Gunnerkrigg Court [UK!], both are really well done and Terinu in particular I found addictive. I'm on this bizarre treasure hunt to find awesome comics outside the linking circle of the comics I already read lately.
Still putting away at some new art stuff for peoples amusement. I'm hoping to do frequent small updates to keep people visiting rather than singular occasional massive uploads.

Update [May 15, 2006]: Alrighty, talk about new content!
- Added a nifty Spam!Poison link to help defeat the evil robot masses over to the left under the menu.
- We have new banners for old links and new banners for new links in the aptly named links section.
- We have new old fanartwork of Lime and Sakura in the art section.
- We have an updated FAQ question.
- There is also an updated comic index with the initial framework of The-Next-Big-Project TM, soon to be known as Somewhere Inbetween
- AND There is even an old 3-page comic uploaded which you can also find from the main comics page. Its called Jaws Meets the Claw, was made in about 1997, and I can't believe I'm actually putting it on the web. But well, there you have it.
Oh yeah, and theres another batch of uploads looking to go up later this week. Wow I'm productive sometimes.
Update [May 7, 2006]:
New content includes yet another revamp of the links page, the inclusion of my lj icon set in the art section and the finally uploaded pictures of the remaining jewellery (all but one). If you are interested in jewellery I have a certain amount remaining from the sale and am happily willing to sell you some. Let me know and we can set up some arrangements (though this only really works if you're in the Waterloo Ontario type area).
Eclecticly busy would be the (possibly fictional) word of the past month or so. Once I get my location sorted out with the function of some scanners we'll see what else I can have to entertain you all.

Update [February 24, 2006]: Well it might not be entirely finalized... but we have jewellery! Also briefly updated my info in the info section and rearranged a few things on the link page, nothing major. We also ... er, I also might have a date for a first sale ever, will know by February 27th-ish if all goes well, tentatively will be on March 7th (Trust me, you'll know~). Reading week has been an interesting mix of finalizing some jewellery, picking up display type things (I need to remember to bring extra bulletin board...) and hacking away at designing a sophisticated webpage to display it all with. A bit more tweaking, some more pictures that need to be taken, and I should know by the end of the month whats happening with the sale. Things progress! In the mean time - go look at the shiny jewellery! Comment! Yay!
Update [February 8, 2006]: Small update at the moment. Its taking longer than hoped to get the jewellery page coded with all the photographs, but the jewellery is photographed now. Hopefully it will be up once I have a few midterms and essays done if not sooner. In the mean time I managed to get a few shots of the seahorse sculpture I did back in about '98 so you can go check that out. Comments are welcome on my livejournal as well. ^_^

Update [January 20 2006]: Despite that its been an absolutely fascinating past week - today I've been updating and finishing pages in the art section, particularly adding comments to the photos that didn't have descriptions before. As well I have added a symbol that this is Canadian content yo! up on the main banner~. Other than that just some tweaking and the addition of a sample banner on the art menu to entice people into clicking. Once I'm situated again back at school, if it works out, I'll see about adding new art, and jewellery one way or another.
Update [January 3, 2006]: Official Release -- and the site is up and running setting everything in flux. Jewellery, artwork, and further revisions will show up in the next week or so as I catch up from the holiday craze. Things are only just beginning.

First update [June 10 2005]: A collection of pictures is uploaded, some of the descriptions still need work. Comic is still un-there. Will remain so for awhile, so much I still need to fix.
