Title: Sasha
Notes: This is Sasha. She's a siberian husky/German shepherd cross and as of early 2006 is about 13 years old. We've had her for almost ten, before that she was my uncle's where she was trained by Max (german shepherd) and Zap (the wondercat). Before that she had other unknown owners who apparently couldn't tolerate an over-exuberant husky puppy.
Zap pretty much owned the place, and used his dogs to take over the neighbourhood (Read: lure the other cats into the backyard where the dogs were and then watch the other cat streak away in terror.) Worked quite well apparently.
Max has his own collection of stories. My favourite that I can remember is that my uncle had a picnic table in the backyard where the doves would sit, as well as along the fence. One day he looked out the window and saw Max on the table "oo-oooing" with the doves as they cooed. German shepherd. Perched on the edge of a picnic table. Cooing. My uncle yelled "Max what are you doing!?" and laughed at him. Max looked at him sheepishly before hiding under the house for the rest of the day.
These were some of Sasha's influences as a puppy; It kind of shows. :D
